Queen Park Social - Charlotte

Came here after we did an escape room and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was not as busy as we thought it would be. Grabbed a couple of drinks and sat down for a bit, and enjoyed a few rounds of Uno with their big deck of cards they have!!! It was so much fun. Afterward, we decided to play a few of their games. Ski ball, air hockey, driving games, ping pong, all that good stuff! They have about 3 bars, and every time we went, there was never a long wait. I feel like this is kind of like Slingshot located in Southend, but this location is a bit smaller. They used to have pool tables on the other side of where the arcade games are located but when we walked to that area, we were surprised to see that it was turned into a Lounge area with a bar, VIP tables a DJ and dance floor area. I was surprised to see it EMPTY of a Saturday night. My husband and I took the opportunity and had a blast being the only ones on the dance floor and practicing our dance moves! Overall, it was a great time. Lots of games and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going back for sure if we are ever in the area again.

If you could rate “0” and still post a review, that’s what I would do. To start, my family waited over an hour for some of our meals to come out. That’s correct we paid for meals for only some to come out. I tracked down the server not once, not twice, but three times to find out what was happening with the rest of our food. I asked to speak to a manager, and I had to go find her too. I finally spoke to the manager, and she let me know that she was cancelling our ticket and providing a refund. So not only did I wait for over an hours for portions of our meal to come out, but I left without actually eating only my kids’ orders made it to our table (about 30 minutes apart).I don’t live near this restaurant, and I was visiting the area with my family. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Yes, the manager did refund me. She refunded me for meals I never received. There was no attempt to make it right. Instead, I was told that why this happened (new server, new system, etc) nothing I could control.Be warned. Look elsewhere.

Awesome establishment. Great weekend outing. You can even bring family/kids for a fun day. Bowling, Miniature Basketball Hoops, and more. Food Food Food. I thought this would be all grown-ups and to many people for the wait staff and bartenders to keep up with, buttttttttt...

Went last night for a silent party event. Had a blast! Are the eggrolls and they were good. Buffalo wings were salty, but a refund was given. I appreciate that. The drinks were delicious that we ordered. No complaints on those. Music was wonderful.

This review was based on my own/family experience. So the 1st time was great because we knew we wanted to bowl and the we paid 48.00 for the lane and bowled with our 3 and 4 year old daughters. It was great we thought for the 4 of us. We had the bowling ball aid to help them roll and everything and the staff seemed nice and knowledgeable about the kids bowl free program so they said next time we came in which was today 08/26/23 sign up and use the coupon and kids will be free. However that was not the case we still paid full price like the 1st visit so what was the point of signing up if that's not true. I did ask for a refund but my husband decided to just transfer for a game card and all I can say not a great day spent, less than 15 minutes we were out the door. We wanted to go to bowling with our 3 and 4 year old but they don't have enough accommodations. One family was already using the bowling aid (ramp for the ball and there weren't any other bowling balls for young kids) so now I know this place is not for younger children better fit for older children 6+ today was just disappointing we drove all the way, just to leave. We at least did something for our girls. It just made me feel bad about not having things for them. This place is only for bigger kids and mostly Adults. We won't be back and if we do it has to be reservation or ask for kids accommodations for the bowling lanes in advance. It's 1st come 1st serve. I wish the staff explained the kids bowl free program better or not even mention it because we were confused on it. The website asks for the bowling center pin code to use the coupon and the young lady at the desk didn't know the bowling center's pin number and it would be 40 still for the bowling. I was assuming it was per person. Anyways sorry for the long review but it was just a disappointing, confusing process and day.
