Panera Bread - Charlotte

So bad. Ordering at the electronic kiosk was fine. My soup order was called almost immediately (great but they forgot my smoothie. It’s just being made said the grubby disheveled cashier. Waited, waited some more. All the time realizing that all was not well behind the scenes with every staff member looking grubby and disheveled my appetite reduced by the moment. 20 minutes later they admitted that the smoothie machine had broken. Ok so now that the soup is also cold please refund me the order I requested. Oh we can refund the cost of the items but the tip that you generously (too generously given the state of the place gave us we can’t refund. What !!! Such BS. Never again will I set foot in a Panera Bread establishment. Nasty, horrid, dirty, disrespectful and just plain dishonest are adjectives that can rightfully be used to describe this place.

Service today in Panera Bread at Charlotte Airport was very disappointed. I ordered 2 coffee spread, and they gave America one, I payed for an another coffe with blue berry's muffin which it was very cool, I asked to warm it. One of the employees name Jeffrey did it without gloves. That makes me feel frustrated that I didn't want to ask for anything else. I also took a picture as prof of that bad service.Thank you!

I have not met worse service anywhere. I ordered cold coffee, they gave me a glass of milk and ice. when I asked for a change, they brought me the same thing again, saying that their coffee machine is not working properly. If it is not working, it does not accept orders for coffee.Food: 1/5

Airport location so atmosphere was airport like. The sandwich was surprisingly tasty but a little pricey in my humble opinion. The coffee was piping hot and I had to let it cool down. Staff were friendly.Food: 5/5

Tried to go by here on a Saturday at 7pm. Closed. Quite a few other reviews say the same thing. I could see the workers in the back. All the kiosks were unavailable and no one responded. Are you paying workers to sit in the back and not serve?
