Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

Super disappointing to have to wait 30 minutes over my pickup time (1:10pm) for a mobile order just to get home and discover my food is not even mine. Usually I try to make do but I can?t even eat this persons bowl due to the amount of hot salsa in this bowl. Super disappointed and upset as this is a frequent issue at this location. I usually never try to leave bad reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable! Seriously please do better as a staff.

I never had a queen as dry as this one. the tortilla was burned, I asked for double rice and didn't get it! there was no care or time to make my food and that is a shame! it is hard to find people who actually take their jobs seriously. it wasn't in it either! I work too hard to get this kind of treatment! this place has to rethink their setting decisions! if I try to complain, I can never get a living person! I work 12 hours and get only a 30-minute lunch break, and this quesadilla just made my day 5 hours longer!

Always love Chipotle! Good location in the city with parking. Only negative was that it took a little while to order since only one person was taking orders and adding all the ingredients. May have been short staffed at the time.

Only come to this store/online order from here if you like wasting your time. The store frequently will only accept online orders. They are unable to operate at the capacity they promise and customers typically have to stand outside 30+ mins after their pick up time while their food is held hostage. Not the fault of the employees, but the fault of the chipotle corporation. Support your staff and customers!!

Location only takes online orders; online order will have missing ingredients and no utensils. My order had a lot of rice (which I didn't ask for) and had no fajita veggies, no salsa and no guacamole.
