Chili's Grill - Charlotte

We went on a Saturday night, restaurant was not very busy. we ordered appetizers after we had waited at least 25 minutes or longer, we hadn't had them yet, then the waitress decides to tell us that they're from kartoffel soup, okay. So we pick another appetizer, she's getting rid of my sister, doesn't bring my salad. then tells us that they have suppe, it was in the freeze cabinet, nobody wanted to get it, wth?! Why don't they leave it out and just get it what we ask? I'm fed and just tell her that I'm sorry to wait and I don't want anything, she tells me that she would go to get my salat and I told her no, I'm about this point (we probably wait 40-45 minutes, we have chips and salsa and a bowl) she rolls her eyes and goes away, we went. I would not recommend this chilis to anyone. it needs a lot to be fed in a restaurant. we are not from nc so we are on a journey there and back!

Nobody in restaurant and took an extremely long time for food to be served. Servers were nice and not to blame. There literally was only 2 or 3 tables.

We stopped in Saturday about 1,a party of 5.The food was quite good, but the service was incredible!! I regret I forgot the young man's name as his service was a cut above!! I liked the steak and shrimp,cooked exactly as I ordered it, but I will remember the server who made our meal special.

Great food as always. Host was friendly and helpful with selections on appetizers and meal. Highly recommend stopping by.
