Burger 21 - Charlotte

We were told about this place from our doctor's office staff, so grateful for their input.. The food was fabulous.. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our burgers were perfect. There are lots of choices of things to add to your burger to make it perfect... Burgers were juicey, fresh, and delicious.. And the Sweet Potato Fries, well, they hold their own against any other Sweet Potato Fry.. They may just be the best Sweet Potato Fries I have ever had.. While small in stature, they are big in crispy goodness... That brings me to the sauces, I love a place where they are not afraid to add garlic to the garlic aoill. I highly recommend Burger 21...

The worst burger we've ever purchased. The meat was clearly frozen, not freshly made, looked like it was purchased at Costco. Mixed up all our burger orders. 2 of us couldn't even finish the burgers they were so bad. Sweet potato fries were tasty though.

This place has a very friendly staff. The manager is involved in day to day activities as well. It's never busy and there is never a wait, even at lunchtime. The food is decent, not the best I ever had, but still fine. I would go and try it again sometime! I have ordered for my office as well and they were extremely organized for a large pick up order!

The C.E.O Burger is one of the tallest burgers you've seen! Angus beef patty, fried egg, bacon, cheddar, sriracha honey sauce, jalepeño potato crisp, and B21 sauce, and veggies on a Brioche bun. The Pecan Turtle Shake is a must-order! If you're not feeling a burger, you can get their other types of burgers like the Monterey Chicken Burger. Burger 21 has opened a ghost kitchen called @streetheatkitchen and right now serves up tenders and sandwiches. They're available through DoorDash. Don't sleep on the Streetheat Sandwich! The burgers and service was great! We met the owner who was also very attentive and helpful. He talked to the customers and was very friendly! Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon.
