Sad! They make a uber isss order and call them 8 times a hired pick up the phone and they demand a manager, then they are hanged up and all phone calls are ignored! all I wanted was to put additional ketchup and arbys sose in the bag because I knew that the pick-up driver wouldn't do it! they have the worst service I have seen and the worst quality of the employees! don’t let us be responsible covid and short staff or a phone problem! nope will assure me that I’m from another Arby’s here on out! but hey I have made sure that I get this order for free for them because of their lack of answer and respect and service!
When they get to eat here (wait in line 20 40 minutes, no one answers the drive thru for 10 minutes and dining room closed,) it is great, people are nice, but I have never ever seen a Slovenian restaurant in my life! three people left behind me today, and there were only two people in front of me. 25 minutes in the drive thru no sweat 2 cars. everyone also has a bag. on the midday. unreal.
Large meal, french dip with curly pommes. they need more help. If bids stop paying people home and living from the citizens who work, we might save some on our favorite restaurants.
I always love me some Arby's. It's gotten a whole lot better lately as far as waiting in line and then waiting for your order at the window. My favorite is the roast turkey ranch and bacon!
