All American Pub - Charlotte

The atmosphere was great and that was delicious. there are both inside and outside seats as well as a few games inside. many televisions and a decent bar. I would definitely visit aap again.

Can I just say, Nicole is one of the greatest waitresses I have ever encountered. From the first time, to all of the others, she has made both myself and friends feel extremely comfortable. She is both sentimental and outgoing. I will continue to come to All American because of her amazing customer service skills.

Nicole was such a great waitress. I continue to come back week after week just to be greeted by her. She is kind, relatable, and can do her job in a timely fashion. I love her and will continue to come to All American because of her customer service skills. Keep up the good work Nicole!

Meh, not the worst, not the best. The staff are always nice, but not necessarily the most attentive. Often when we are in there on a week night we are the only ones or one of 3 or 4 tables. The food is quick, but isn't really the best. My burger was just like any other frozen patty. Not too special, but not bad. Just kinda Meh. I will say, I haven't had a bad staff experience here ever and that really is saying something around here!

Probably the worst bar/ restaurant in Charlotte. Service sucks, all orders were wrong, we had to go up to the bar to ask for missing drinks and food items. Manager was not interested in what items were missing and dropped items off and ran around before confirming we were okay. This is not the first time I’ve had an awful experience here and it will certainly be the last time I’ll ever step foot in here. One of the servers was also drinking while on the job. Real nice touch
