Mcdonald's - Charlotte County

Even when requesting only mustard and pickles, the sandwich still ends up with lots of cheese. My husband, who is lactose intolerant, always has his order made incorrectly. We have decided to stop going to McDonald's altogether.

The only positive aspect of my experience at this McDonald's this morning was that my food order was correct. However, upon entering the restaurant, I was hit with a strong smell of feces in the lobby. When I attempted to use the restroom, I found that someone had urinated on the seat and outside of the toilet. I informed a male employee wearing a safety vest about the situation and requested that he clean the restroom. After waiting for 15 minutes, I returned to find that the restroom was still dirty. Despite the employee's claim that he had cleaned it, there was still urine everywhere. After requesting a second time for it to be cleaned properly, I gave up. The staff at this location clearly needs training on restroom cleanliness and lacks motivation to perform their duties diligently. Due to the unpleasant odor upon entry and the unsanitary state of the bathrooms, I will not be returning to this McDonald's. I will also advise my family, who are local residents, to avoid this location. I will be contacting the health department to report this issue.
