Undercurrent Coffee Plaza Midwood

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this coffee shop in charlotte. I was very happy because I was totally pleased with the professionalism and service attitude of the staff. Most importantly the coffee is the best I have ever had in North Carolina and several other places around this country. If you are in that area, this should be the place you go to. You will not regret it.

This is one of the best coffee shops in town! All drinks are amazing! The atmosphere inside is very warm, wonderful staff. Highly recommend visiting!

First time going here and I thought this was one of the best coffee's I've had in the Charlotte area. Super smooth and delicious latte. Very cute interior with some high tops, couches, and standard tables. Electrical outlets available. In house restrooms. Cute outdoor deck with seating. Friendly staff. They also offer food items. Little parking lot next to the shop.

The matcha at Undercurrent Coffee is flawless! It is not too sweet, delicious and always consistent. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and a favorite spot!

Coffee and food was absolutely delicious! I got an iced sea salt mocha. I also tried some coffee cake, a parfait, and a sausage breakfast sandwich. All of it was fantastic! Service was OK. They didn't repeat our order and we couldn't see a screen with the order on it so it wasn't until after we got all our other food that we realized they didn't hear us order the overnight oats. The outdoor seating was lovely! The cushioned chairs indoors were kinda dirty. Crumbs and stuff on them that the employees just didn't have time to clean between people.
