Bidra med feedbackOld fashioned shop well worth a look, huge variety of stock. a shame more of the cheeses weren't local
As always, wonderful staff. So helpful and pleasant. Fabulous range of freshly made sandwiches, cold meats pies etc. Cheeses are of excellent quality. Hot and cold drinks, cakes local bakery ranges. THE Place to enjoy the best of everything in takeaway food and more. Aberlour is a great location to enjoy it too.
Cracking delicatessen with an enormous stock crammed into a relatively small space. Went in for “one or two things”, came out loaded up. Yum!
The basis for delicacies can be found here. a mixture of old-fashioned food and modern beauty. large selection of wine, cheese and seasoning. icecreas are great and the butlour whisky is worth asking.
Always a treat to visit the Spey Larder in Aberlour, even though I am a local! Any guests that come up always love visiting here too (and getting a beautiful souvenir hessian tote bag! . We enjoy getting some delicious treats from the deli like cheese, meats and olives, and the cakes are delicious! Sometimes I treat myself to a lovely quality set of napkins or tea towels. It isn 't cheap, but excellent quality! They have a wonderful range of gift cards, home and kitchen paraphernalia, but the highlight is always the incredible selection of unusual and delicious condiments, pastas, wine, beer, whisky (of course!! and so many other things. I always try to get my top up shop from here as they have lovely local fresh veg and all the necessary breads, butteries, cold meats/fish, and sauces etc. The service is always so friendly and efficient and the owners personality shines through every aspect of the shop. It is a Jem of a shop and we feel very lucky to have it on our doorstep! We need to 'use or lose ' our beautiful local independent shops!
