Bidra med feedbackPoor manager this evening. He did not want to make a customer (me) feel valued or heard. I will not return. This is not the experience that the founder promised. Unfortunately, this has definitely tainted my opinion if this New England restaurant.
My friend suggested that they had prime rib and was moderately priced. Went and what a disappointment. No prime rib. No pasta sauce, no wings and many unavailable items from the menu. Staff was pleasant but this restaurant is on a downhill spiral.
The server was very nice and friendly. My husband noted the steak tips were perfectly cooked and my chicken dinner was done well.
Not as good as usual. Condensed menu. Food was good. Atmosphere different. No bread or rolls even if requested.
Ordering takeout is always a hassle when it comes to silverware. They never include a fork unless you specifically ask for one. Today was particularly frustrating; the woman at the front desk suggested I go to a neighboring store to grab one since they had run out.
