When I got to the window the lady said I owe 30 something dollars. I told her that was not my order and that I have a mobile order. She said you didn't say anything at the speaker. Cold food, Double stack instead of Dave's Double. Terrible place don't eat here. Especially after 5pm and Saturday and Sunday also.
The employee they have at the drive-thru today 10-29-22 was conducive to me not giving my business with this company today. I don't think I've ever been treated like the bad guy ordering food from a restaurant. They tried to rush me through my order and then got an attitude with me because I didn't want to make it a combo. And then persisted to talk to me like I wasn't a customer. If I could give a lesser review star rating I would. The lack of management was quite apparent.
I placed a mobile order at 11 am for a 12:10 pick up on my lunch break. My great grandmother moves faster than Everyone in this building. Moral of the story I didn’t get my 12:10 pickup untill 12:39 almost 12:40. This Wendy’s sucks!
They give customers old fries. Never have fresh food, meals are always luke warm. Need new staff.
