Wendy's - Charleston

The store itself is pretty nice. They have a problem with their design team though. Waiting in line to place an order runs you right past the front door and down one side of an island of seats. There's just not a whole lot of room. If more than five or so people are waiting to order. You also have to deal with quite a few questionable people.

I experience a problem EVERY time I go to this location. I go exclusively at night between 8pm-11pm. I even avoided this place for months hoping a change of staff would fix the problem, but from my experience looking at other reviews, it seems to be a problem with the location itself. Pros: great location in town. Very centralized and easy to get to from either side of charleston. Cons: sometimes… items are missing from your order

It was alright. They messed up the chili cheese fries by putting no cheese, but they were happy to correct it. Moral seemed very bad, but it is fast food. There was one line worker with their hair down, but after a little bit they put their hair in a ponytail. The baconator fries were mediocre, burnt bacon and barely melted cheese.
