Waited so long to get a fish sandwich. It was worth the wait!
When I first came I sat in the drive through for awhile with no movement. I then decided to just pull around and go inside and take my chances in the lobby. Upon walking in there was one older gentlemen in front of me waiting to order and no one in the dinning room waiting for food. They only had one employee who had to run from the front to the back constantly because they were only using the register at the drive through. After finally placing my order and while waiting the older gentleman in front of me was unable to get himself a drink. The self serve soda machine was only spitting syrup and both teas were empty. He had to end up giving them his cups to replace the old ones and to go fill them up. He also proceeded to almost slip and fall on a huge unmarked puddle on the floor which no one dealt with the whole time I was there. Also while waiting I spoke to a woman who had placed a call in order at 6:20 and was still waiting at 7:40 for her food. Which somehow I received my own food before her??? In addition two managers came out at two times to tell the same people that “if you’re here to order then GET OUT our dining room is now closed and go to the drive through.” So they also closed the dining room for some reason after I came in. Upon finally receiving my food after I’m not sure how long, and just happy to have the food I headed home (4 minute drive). I would realize the fries were cold and soggy as I had also watched them sit the whole time I waited in the dining room, and both burgers were missing toppings. I would’ve loved a refund but I didn’t want to have to deal with the disrespect I was sure to receive from the managers earlier.
I don't want to be too mean, but, I drive an 18 wheeler and I had to walk up to the window and pick up my mobile order... The manager lady was really harsh to me, saying she couldn't serve me because I was a walk up. I had to explain that I had already paid with my mobile app and I wasn't a vagrant nor a trouble maker... I asked the next customer in line if he could ask for my food for me... He did... But, finally, they agreed to give me my order.I think this restaurant has trouble with people coming up to the drive thru window from the nextdoor motel begging for food or something... The lady who first talked to me was very harsh, just about ran me off... Pretty sure she was the evening manager. The regular cashier, young lady, at the window, tried to explain to me the problems they have there.Parking: I was able to park my truck in the lot beside the restaurant, which really helps me out.
You need to hire new employees. You don't have to wait 40 minutes for a burger at any other fast food place.
