The Gin Joint - Charleston

Whenever we visit Charleston, we always make sure to stop by this restaurant. It is usually excellent! However, this time, the only issue was our server who was unfriendly and seemed miserable. She was not pleasant or attentive, making it feel like we were inconveniencing her. The Gin Joint has a charming and clean decor. The drinks are delicious and they have expanded their selection.

The staff and drink selection at this restaurant are absolutely fantastic. The cocktails were incredibly creative and delicious. Despite some customers being rude about wait times, my out-of-town group and I were so impressed that we came back two nights in a row. We loved it!

I was amazed by the fantastic drinks and atmosphere at the Gin Joint. The waitstaff was excellent and provided helpful suggestions for our cocktails. I had a wonderful time and went back twice, enjoying it each time. I will definitely be returning whenever I am in town.

This place is more trendy than the spots I usually met and there is a waiting time if they don't reserve a table. but their text system to notify them is great and there is a good reason to wait for this: this place is great. Yes, it is dark to play on this conversational vibe and it is loud because it is filled with people, but omg. the drinks and eating were so good! I ordered bartender the choice with the words sweet and fizzy and got a delicious minty mojito type drink that was perfect. we also have a charcuterie that all kinds of home made objects that were perfectly paired and a party in my mouth. the service was great considering that it was a sat night and they were so busy. I don't go much into the city, but if I do, I'll hit this place again!

We are from pa and had a great time here. a great concept. a zillion ingredients ginn, whiskys, bitter, crumbled, etc. our waitress was lurking and she was a shady. eating was really good, we could have stayed all night if they had a burger. his a great place and we will be back.
