Taco Bell - Charleston

It takes a lot to annoy me and they did it. I ordered something simple and they managed to screw it up and then when I informed them what they gave me was wrong, they were rude and said they repaired it, but it was still wrong! Don't come here, go somewhere else.

How long does it take to make tacos. I could probably have gone to the grocery store and cook my own tacos faster than it took. With two people in front of us. Of those they totally forgot. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went through the drive through and ordered a 3 piece wing meal. They don't have it but the girl told me I could order the 3 piece dark meat meal and they would put in wings. I said perfect. I got to the room and I didn't get the wings. Why tell me I can do that if your not going to give me what I ordered.

If there were 0 stars this place would get it. Drive through was broken, went inside they were sold out of something to make a gordita crunch so I couldn't get that. 30 minutes later I finally got my cold food. Place was filthy and honestly falling apart. Counters were sticky, trash everywhere. There were only 3 people in front of me so it's not like they were slammed. Watched them mess up the couple's order in front of me. Bathroom was disgusting too. If I owned this place I would be highly embarrassed. They need to fix their many shortcomings.

My wife was sent to the hospital for months and took care of our sons and everything she wanted last month was a Mexican pizza. The nice manager at this point went beyond and beyond to make sure that she got one today when she ordered in the app and she said it was better then. The best service she ever brought back. Thank you.
