Saffire - Charleston

We ordered from the restaurant week menu. My dining companion enjoyed the pork belly, but I found the pork tenderloin to be dry and unappealing. My crabcake was decent, but the spinach was oversalted. As someone who has dined at numerous hotel restaurants, I had higher expectations for this establishment, especially considering its location in a foodie town and being part of the Marriott brand.

I went to this restaurant for Christmas dinner. The service was lovely and the food was delicious! The desserts seemed a bit simple and not homemade, but overall it was a fantastic experience!

We enjoyed a lovely, peaceful dinner with our out-of-town family on Christmas Day, and the food was exceptional. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the service from the wait staff was fantastic.

This is a hotel lobby restaurant so I was planning to be underwhelmed. Pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was actually very good for the price.

Our server, tina, let us be so welcome in charleston and made our Christmas meal so pleasant! she gave us a list of funny things to do in the city and made sure we had everything we needed. the meal was excellent from beginning to end, especially the pork!
