Bidra med feedbackWow! my partner and I had a great time at pink bellies! we made a reservation and it was not particularly busy, but they had a steady flow of patrons. the food was bomb! we had the noodles, chicken wings, og garlic noodles, and the hot and spicy chicken noodles. the portions were generous! my partner had a local westbrook white thai and I had the lover boy cocktail. rather expensive meal, but it is worth for the quality of food, service and portions! we look forward to the return and the attempt of the brittle and brittle!
Maybe the best dumplings in town if not most certainly in the argument love the menu solid service ambiance needs some help bar needs more help well worth the trip in almost all ways
Incredible! If I could, I would drink the Pho Cocktail morning, noon, and night. The lamb dumplings were delightful, the hot and spicy noodles and OG noodles were delicious as well. The atmosphere is so cool and calming [insert chefs kiss]. One of my favorite dining experiences!
We had a reservation and we're seated right away. The restaurant is really small, so I would suggest that if you're interested in going I would suggest making a reservation as it fills up fast. For an appetizer we ordered the fish sauce brussel sprouts and the spicy lamb dumplings. The brussel sprouts were so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I couldn't stop eating them the entire meal. The spicy lamb dumplings were definitely super spicy for me. They had a great flavor but my mouth was on fire, so if you can't handle heat like myself, I wouldn't suggest them. The OG garlic noodles were a lot different then I expected. The sauce was creamy and more of a garlic cream flavor than straight up garlic. My bf got the Mi Xao Don and enjoyed the flavors textures. I also got two drinks. I can't remember their names but there was a yuzu rum cocktail that was super boozy. The other was smoky and had a delicious foam on top. I definitely enjoyed the flavor of the smoky cocktail and the show of watching it torched was nice too. Be prepared to spend some money here but also have a relaxing time.
I've loved Pink Bellies ever since I first had them over at Workshop but I finally now have tried their permanent location on King St. It did not disappoint! I had their classic garlic noodles this was my favorite back in the day and they make it just as good as always! So tasty and savory and spicy. I will never get tired of this dish. I also had the Brussels sprouts which were so easy to munch on. A good Brussels sprout is so addictive and these were definitely that! Loved the dipping sauce that came with it. The spicy beef noodles were something that I had not tried before but I will definitely be getting them again next time. You can't go wrong with the garlic noodles but I love a flat noodle too and if you prefer that, the beef noodles deliver. Very excited to come back again!
