Outback Steakhouse - Charleston

This is the first time that I've ever had a terrible meal from this establishment. I ordered the Kingsland Pasta (couldn't find the business pic), but I received this instead. Believe me, that this is nowhere close to the advertisement. It's Outback, so the steak was perfect and the shrimps were seasoned well. But the pasta was completely tasteless. I will definitely go back to eat their steaks again, but it won't be for pastas.

Service: 2/5 service was very slow and instead of being apologetic the waitress was rude and full of excuses. Brought food that didn’t look like what we’ve ordered and argued that it was what we got l. (It wasnt) The whole experience was very uncomfortable and weird. Food 3/5 I got a lobster that I got was a bit over cooked and had so much old bay seasoning, it was overwhelming. The steak wasn’t very good. Blooming onion was great and the sides were really good too.

My waitress was Emily Babbitt and she was absolutely amazing. The food was great, service was even better and she was super fun and very attentive. I will definitely be back and request her every time!

Had a great lunch today, the food was as expected but the service…..PHENOMENAL! We had Ann as a server and she was extremely attentive and friendly. By far THE best server we have had at ANY restaurant.

I placed a to-go order the other day and I had the most amazing experience. This sweet lady named Mia was very respectful to me and my cousin that was just diagnosed with measles and brought us our food in the rain. She had a nice smile on her face and brought our food It was brought warm and it was extremely quick. Excellent service for some excellent food, I had an amazing experience. 10/10 Recommend. Thank you Ms. Mia
