Original Joey's Place - Charleston

We tried Joey’s Place for the first time and will definitely be back!! The chicken sandwich and Philly Cheesesteak was AMAZING. The owner Mark and his employees were super friendly. This will be my go to restaurant anytime I’m in Charleston now. 5 stars across the board!!!!!!!

The food is good I ordered there all the time the first of the month or whenever I have a little bit of money. The only bad side is that when you try to call nobody really wants to answer the phone. And I tried to call all the time before they get busy but still nobody will answer the phone. After when they get done being busy

Food used to be great but has really gone down hill recently, which is a shame. We actually had to throw our food away the last two times we've ordered.

Really good food, service is amazing, building is old and could use more upkeep
