Most times when i place an order on the app i have to call the store to verify when they will actually deliver and the excuse is we are running behind or we will be there soon with apology. today i ordered at 1135, they recieved the order at 1139, i called to check on my food at 1205. i was told they were running behind, i asked when should i expect my food because my lunch ends at 1230. i was told we will be there as soon as i can. i called back at 1213 and expressed my concerns. i work in an appt based office and i dont have availability to eat besides my assigned lunch or break, but i should not have to hold my food until my afternoon break to eat because a facility has inefficiencies in service. good sandwiches when u have time. definitely NOT FREAKY FAST as advertised.

Fantastic sandwiches and chips. Take out works well, no issues with service.

If you’re in a hurry don’t bother Jimmy john’s shows up when I feel like showing up. Talk to a manager on your thing I get is excuses and I miss my lunch break

Awesome food… only negative comment would be too much sauce something was a bit salty.
