They never have pretzels and never answer the phone. Nor do they refund for their mess ups.
Sad that this is the next for me. it's hit or miss with the workers. Sometimes they get amazing workers, and sometimes they get the little ones who ask the window on me several times a spoon for my children ice cream.
Kevin was very nice when we showed up on a Saturday night with 5 minutes to the conclusion. he made our blizzards in record time!
I really like their blizzards and hamburgers and ice cream cake. I've been here many times and the food and people are always great.
