The staff was very nice and personal. My food was delicious and was quick to get after the order.
I visited the location inside of Citadel Mall on Saturday and surprisingly my experience was horrible. I ordered 2 eight count meals and my food was old as if it was sitting. So I returned it in order to be remade and it seemed like the fries were placed back into the grease again. I was frustrated and requested a refund. Chick-fil-a typically goes above and beyond for their customers,but I guess that depends on the location.
The staff was very polite and helpful at the time of order and even when the drink lid popped off, spilling lemonade all over my truck. I ordered/picked up food for my entire office. When I got back to work, 20+ minutes away, I found my meatless salad was covered with bacon. I called to let them know, their reply was we will either replace or refund you IF you come back. That's nice! I'm still hungry! I will not be going back!
I commanded a children's meal and a great fire when I came home and gave them my nephew, they were hardly any fries in there and down there was only a nun over burned pommes I was disappointed
