Casey's - Charleston

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper was too flush on the handle and another roll was hanging on the floor. Toilet paper sheets are distributed throughout the toilet room. I didn't even see the rest of the store because I was afraid of what I would find, so I went right away. My husband said the men's room was absolutely disgusting and he thought he was in Gary, IN.

Nothing has changed. Trash piled high outside. Inside there was papers and trash in the cashier stand, walked around to set up my fuel pump and napkins and other trash laying all over the floor. So I got my fuel and left , no food or restroom break for me.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, soda fountain was very sticky, dusty and gross. The woman at cashier was being rude to a customer that had trouble speaking English, instead of being patient and trying to explain better, the woman making the pizza acted as if I was bothering her by asking her a simple question. Terrible experience, Casey?s is one of my favorite stops, but this one was a mess in every way. Absolutely horrid.

This place is terrible. They call themselves a truck stop but on has one stall. The floors are disgusting, smell like diesel fuel. Every outside trash can is overflowing with trash. The workers are at the counter playing with their phones. I won't be back.

Owner constantly reports diesel prices .40 cents cheaper than actual. Diesel prices reported on Gasbuddy were $1.69 the time of this picture. Apparently the owner needs to approve photos and he/her wont approve a photo showing they are full of it
