Buck's Pizza - Charleston

I found my new favorite pizza delivery. I have 4 children and the abdominal bug is the perfect size for them to share a cheese pizza. I'm not huge on only cheese, but her pizza is perfect. I enjoyed the Cheeseburg pizza. Ordering my absolute must is the Peach Dessert Pizza with added cinnamon. Here's a picture of the pepper shaker.

Set an online order for delivery with an estimated time of 30 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes, our order arrived. But our food was cold, they gave us the wrong salad. You also forgot the sauces we ordered (and paid extra). When I called back the store to tell them about our salad and our sauce, they asked me to return the salad they delivered. I said well, but I want what I originally ordered. They told me the replacement was there in 20 minutes. It didn't arrive over an hour and again was wrong. I'm not gonna eat here again and you shouldn't.

Everything was really well seasoned and you can't go wrong with the Mac and cheese. The employees were respectful, and one of them read me of my whole order before the payment. Today I just wanted a salad, but there are pizzas also known the dessert pizza there are many more options on the menu then most places.

Pretty disappointing: We had a girl weekend in Charleston and really wanted to stay in and have pizza on Friday night. We ordered online so our food would arrive as soon as we were all there. In all my experience, if I have planned a delivery, it has arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, but that was not the case for this order. In about 15 minutes before the scheduled time we called to confirm that our order was on the way, and the gentlemen said that it was actually for delivery and should be us within 15 minutes. 25 minutes later we called again and a woman told us that no, our order had not left the store yet and that he just came out of the oven and the delivery driver stood in the rear part of the store waiting for the order to be finished. While we were on the phone, we asked if there was any discount, considering that we now arrive an hour after the scheduled time. She stopped us and never came back. As we stood, our driver pulled up. The driver was pleasant, but arrived with cold pizza. Not only the pizza cold, but there was no pepperoni we ordered. For additional reference, each one of us in the food industry has worked in one or other capacity and many of us have worked in several pizza shops. I only agree with this fact because my main thing is that we were lied and dismissed on the status of our order. I would be much more understanding of any lack of personnel or if the business was busy when I was treated with honesty. Especially after spending over $100 on cold pizza.

Great food. Open very late on the weekends. The staff are always very friendly and try to accommodate you in any way possible. Their only issue is time management but they're usually slammed evenings and weekends so expect to add five to ten minutes to the time they give you. They're very attentive though and will do their best to get you taken care of a quickly as possible. Definitely give them a try.
