Bowen's Island - Charleston

I suppose if I wrote a bad review, others could not try it, and the crowd would be smaller. But this place was so good that I couldn't live with myself if I did. While there was a lot, the staff was efficient and very helpful. The line moved very fast, and boy was worth it! (We drove there for over 2 hours). I look at a bit of an oyster fanatic, usually able to say where an oyster came from, as it tastes. I had everything you can eat. A joke aside, the best I ever had. The guy who cooks at the Oyster Room was great! He made me feel like I was in a friend's house for a big roast. No change! The food, the mood of the place... It was perfect. I came to my wife that it would probably be a room in heaven. Next week back!

This is my place if I want to impress from the city guests! It is casual and one of the most beautiful places to watch the sunset! I was there Friday night and we were treated with dolphins swimming at the port. The staff is friendly and the service is great. Your beer sek cation is amazingly filled with local brews to drink! Come and enjoy this fabulous place that is great!

My wife and I are in town because I have a job interview Monday and stumbled on Bowers Island. This place was great!!! Great food great price and portion sizes perfect. Also a good beer selection. The view of the water and decor perfect. If you ever go in Charelston, bring your appetite you will not regret. Vanessa kindness and I'll be back, I promise you.

The line and wait was quite long for the summer, but it was worth it. Beautiful sunset and incredible food, especially the shrimps. The staff was very friendly and punctual. No complaints here. Go to Folly.

A true low country seafood experience. Okay, do not drive your low sitting car such as my Fiat Spider in to the place, but the food was great and the prices were very reasonable. A must do if you are in the Charleston or Folly Beach area.
