This is the best Papa John's I've ever had! There was a small issue with my order, but they quickly resolved it and sent me an even better pizza. I will definitely keep returning to the Papa John's in Charles Town! Thank you – it was delicious!
We recently hosted a housewarming party for 10 people, and since I wasn’t sure what everyone would like, I ordered a large veggie pizza, a large cheese pizza, and a large meat pizza. Everyone enjoyed the food! A tip: consider buying a red insulated pizza delivery bag from Amazon; it cost me $20. Everyone appreciates having hot pizza when I bring it to their home!
We arrived after hours, but the staff was fantastic—they welcomed us in and took care of our order. We truly appreciate their hospitality.
