Good Morning Vietnam

Disappointing. So much food is good, for the little we have been able to taste plate to share) and nice cocktails, but it's so cold in the room!!! I even think the air conditioning right above us was activated. So we preferred to leave after the entrance. Good bye Vietnam...

Going for lunch in an Asian restaurant kasher we discovered Good Morning Vietnam by pure chance. First of all, the welcome: a courteous and personalized greeting with large smiles which changes me from the kasher restaurants where it is rather the grimace soup you know, these famous restaurant where the boss and/or the boss are sitting behind the crate and barely looks at you... . Then the frame: theme on the post-war of Vietnam based on the philosophy of No War/Peace ́n Love. Spacious and friendly restaurant. After, the service: identical to the reception, with the concern of the detail “thank you”, “with pleasure” and “please” what is rare in kasher restaurants. Faithful customers are recognized and special attention is given to them which obviously promotes loyalty. Finally, the dishes: very good, each dish offering the palace a true culinary novelty in the kasher. That we are not mistaken, it remains “Asian dishes” like the other restaurants but with the willingness to offer flavours not new but more subtle. Very beautiful and pleasant culinary experience. This also has a cost, necessarily a little more expensive than other Asian restaurants 10-15 euros for two. That being said, for the quality of service and the dishes offered, it largely justifies this rate in my opinion. On the other hand, it is also a pleasure that we will not be able to offer ourselves regularly... I just hope one thing, that this restaurant does not fall through other kasher restaurants: increase its prices while degrading the quality of the products offered
