Pizza Hut - Chapmanville

I called to place a order told me a salad bar one trip cost 8.99 for carry out. But if I eat in one trip salad cost 4.99. So I went in Sat down till the waitress I wanted a one trip salad bar and single order bread sticks. Told her just bring me a container because I was infact going to take them and go. So I heard her tell the dm what was going on. Then the dm felt I guess she needed to come and take the order. At this point I was just going to place order no need to repeat myself for her. Still asked for containers to go. Then dm went to feed her face while waitress had to bring me the food and my bill. When I went to pay Darlene put it in as her order. I am sorry but if you are going to take an order you should follow through with order. There was myself and one other couple there that already had their order. Oh salad bar was out of letuce the letuse they put in there was pink and old. Sorry so long but I don't agree with the dm doing that to that waitress that is horrible.

Food took over an hour to get to my house and Food wasn't hot and the manager wouldn't give me store credit or resolve the issue

The pizza was amazing—definitely one of the best I've ever tasted!

This Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. I've waited over two hours for my deliveries during my last few orders. The quality of the food has significantly decreased as well.

I ordered delivery, and it took them over two hours to bring the food to us.
