Kfc - Chaotte

I would give 0 Star for THIS LOCATION ordered 8 pieces fried chicken extra crispy 4Drum 4thigh but turned out I got oily soft chicken 4thigh 2wings 2 drum all those chicken not even warm I asked just extra ketchup but she didn't give it to me! She said I already put whatever you asked for! Not professional and not friendly at all!

Don't expect your whole order if you spend over 20$. Half of the time this location is always missing something in the bag or whole parts of the order. they have staffing problems, i know it isn't their fault and the workers don't get paid enough for the bullshit they endure, but someone really needs to pay attention to the quality control.

I ordered $22 worth of food at kfc they forgot my fries and my Mac n cheese which they charged me extra for on top of the combo when I tried to call and get my fries and Mac n cheese they said I needed a reciept which they didn't give me so how am I supposed to prove i paid when yall can't just lookup the order I called less than 5 min after I got my order

Appeared to be clean and short-staffed. Marquis was holding the fort running drive through and inside. It appears there were 2 employees total. Very nice, hard working and patient man. He earned a tip. Food was good, as usual. Technically, it was even better for us this time, because he made our chicken tenders fresh.

Rude girl in drive thru, she came on the intercom and said KFC that 's all once we placed our order she then said continue once she gave us the order without one word she closed the window. Chicken was hard and service was awful
