Wendy's - Chantilly

This location is awesome. Staff is always super friendly and turn around time from ordering to serving is extremely fast.

Food is usually good to go but lately food has been lukewarm..

Went thru drive thru ordered 3 classic with sprite at 7pm Monday (3/04/2024)night. When I got home all the food nuggets, fries were cold. This meal cost $10.59. I will not do that again. I live 2.4 miles from the store (sully station). This has happened multiple times (so this time I decided to leave a review) I tried to call several times but it goes straight to voicemail mail so leaving a message or speaking to a manager isn’t a option. I understand why the other restaurants always have a line and at the most there may be 1 car in the drive thru.

Came to this location around 11:10. No cars in the drive thru. When I first pulled up there was two people talking to me at the same time and couldn't understand what they were saying. Ordered food for three people and was still told to pull up to the side of the road and waited for 10-15 minutes. After I got my food I was missing multiple items and one of them was incorrect.

Food almost always cold and the workers there are socially awkward.
