The Dolphin - Channel Islands

This restaurant is the perfect spot to take a break during a bike ride on the island. The view of the bay and castle is amazing. We arrived early by ferry so it was a bit too early for lunch, but the menu looked fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
