We had a lovely meal and dessert and drinks as a family. The venue is very warm it has a lovely fireplace and warmers on the garden, with some great songs playing. A play area for the children and TV screens for the adults inside the bar. The food was delicious and good sized portions too. They have their own ales which can be purchased and enjoyed at home. The best part of our visit was the service. We were served by Alexander who was very welcoming and helpful, it was a pleasure to have great customer service as it's rare to find these days. Will be returning again!! Vegetarian options: A fair selection of vegetarian dishes to accommodate different tastes. And a Vegan option too. Dietary restrictions: Accommodates varied dietary requirements the team are supportive with this too. Kid-friendliness: Kids very welcome here, there is a children's menu, playground and the staff in particular Alexander were very accommodating and engaging for the little one.

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Sunday lunch was good be warned they run out of roasts if you eat later! Play area kept the children occupied. Good experience Vegetarian options: Had the butternut dansak, it really should have been described as a cauliflower dansak as that was definately the main vegetable in it. I didnt see any butternut squash. But it was very tasty. Price per person: £20–30
