When I called to complain, I was met with indifference, told there was nothing they could do. However, I decided to visit the manager named "Macht" the next day to see if I could get a free meal certificate. I was told that the delivery driver could have brought a fork within the 1 to 1.5 hours—what a joke! I frequently travel to Phoenix/Chandler, and I won’t be wasting my time or money on this disaster again. Avoid Streets of New York at all costs!
