Rock Lobster - Chandler

We arrived at the restaurant and we were not asked if we wanted a Teppanyaki table or a regular table. When we told the hostess, we wanted a cooking table, she said that they were all full, even though the cooking table was completely open to us. I told her we had a reservation and she said online reservations do not apply to Teppanyaki tables. What? she said they must reserve a Teppanyaki table. then we sat on a small table that was pressed between others. we sat for a few minutes then decided to go and to the Japanese restaurant on the road where we had a good experience. might be a good experience to not use open table for reservations, unless you specify them via teppanyaki tables. disappointed.

Service was great, fast. We ordered 3 rolls of sushi and a chicken dish and were out of there in less than an hour. Food was also excellent. Kind of pricey so definitely go during happy hour!

Food was okay. Unfortunately, what stood out the most were the outfits of the staff. Both the hostess and the server were wearing super short shorts that were shredded and that definitely took away from the experience. The place cloud class it up a bit by having the staff wear less torn up clothes.

Yummy food quick service, great place to grab lunch with your girls.

The food was very bland and the chef at the hibachi grill was not entertaining in the least, nor was he very friendly and was a man of few words.
