Jimmy John's - Chandler

This is by where I work and they don't mess around. Perfect amount of hellos don't yell at me when I walk in the store like some locations and are always speedy. Happy to be by this store.

Customers we're wearing mask but employees making our sandwiches not. During the middle of a pandemic when cases are soaring I'd prefer they were not that close in proximity to my food. We will go back to Jerseys Mikes where they care about there employees and customers safety.

This is the worst Jimmy John 's. Ordering three sandwiches with two combos. Third person wants water to dine in but they are out of water cups. Only option is to use a cone cup and get up to drink constantly mid meal or purchase a drink. Zero customer service and zero sense of anyone working there.

When I asked you to not knock or ring doorbell because my child is sleeping this is what I expect. Now the delivery driver at this location banged on my door like they were the police with a search warrant and they RANG MY DOORBELL! WTH is wrong with you?! You should be FIRED!!!

I ordered my sandwich to go. The service was great. My sandwich was should I say, just ok. I my opinion the flavor was good and I liked the texture of the bread, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. My biggest take away from this sandwich is the bleu cheese kinda spicy sauce. It was mixed with shredded lettuce. This to me made the sandwich too soggy and I found myself scraping the sauce off of my sandwich. I did enjoy the bleu cheese crumbles but there was not enough of them and probably because of all the bleu cheese sauce that I mentioned they probably not want to overwhelm one with too much bleu cheese flavor. I get that. Overall, my curiosity has been satisfied and I would not order this sandwich again. Others may find this to their liking but as a bleu cheese fanatic, this was not one of my favorite bleu cheese meals.
