Einstein Bros. Bagels - Chandler

Went in at 1:40, and wanted to paced an order. The sassy chunky young man with glasses said to me (with his invisible finger waving int he air) “ we’re closing in 20 minutes and I won’t make you any sandwiches. I can get you what’s in the case, but I’m not gonna make you any sandwiches “. Has the store manager train the staff how to talk to customer’s professionally!? Like he’s been yelled at all day and it’s my fault!? And what restaurant closes its kitchen 20 minutes before closing!? Bad training and to the manager: good luck with your business with this kind of staff!

A staple for us..bagels this location team does a great job keeping the line moving when it’s busy.. great choices, love the breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches..coffee is good too. Only reason for one star off on atmosphere is when it’s busy you never know where to stand when it’s packed and end up taking seats which is not the best plan..overall excellent quality and great food.

Are you kidding me! 40 min wait for 2 bagels UN toasted with cream cheese.

Really bad attitude by people working there. I wouldn’t even talk to animals like that. I can’t believe you let a bunch of non trained high school serve people with normal

It's great! We enjoy this place immensely! The food is always delicious one gets it quickly!
