Bidra med feedbackI don't know why Blooming Beets is not packed (too new? but the food is fantastic. The menu is Paleo and everything we cost was delicious. It is a comfortable open space with interior tables, stands and terrace seats quite the same feeling as Fired Up had. Hopefully they will open the large sliding windows so that guests can enjoy the outdoors before it gets too hot. Our service was ok very friendly, but with a few slides on the order and the drinks. We are sure that this rests when they roll. We were super excited to see that they were ghosts from locally owned Arizona Distilling Co. The mission Vodka is one of my favorites. I would like to see some local AZ wines on the menu. We were fascinated by the palate menu. Everything sounded great. The four of us ate an order (4 of Bacon packed dates and quickly ordered another. They were perfectly crispy, juicy and chewing. We also have on a roasted Brussels sprouts appetizer, warm chicken salad (full of beet, Brussels and cauliflower and an egg top-feungeless Elch Burger over fried potatoes and greens. Our friend had a beautiful hunk of pistachios-dusted salmon over Brussels spits and potatoes. We'll be back. I hope people try. The food is really amazing. Could be a fun place to hang with some live music and happy hour specials.
The restaurant has a beautiful interior and a really beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff is friendly. The food is AMAZING! My favorites are the salmon and burgers. The food is completely gluten-free. It's really nice to go to a restaurant and don't worry to get any cross-contamination.
I was hit at the door by a nice young lady who gave me the opportunity to sit where I wanted. I had a glass of the house red wine. It was an average pouring and the wine itself was on average, maybe a little better than other house wines. I had wrapped the bacon, cashew butter filled dates that were wonderful! The plate was split with a caramel sauce and a basil type reduction, although I could have done without the caramel because the bacon had enough sweetness on it. Then I had the smoked salmon beedict and replaced the crispy brussel sprouts for an extra $2. The sprouts were initially not attractive because they were sweeter than I expected, but when I read the menu I saw that they had an apple wine reduction, the taste made more sense and it was better. Nevertheless, I prefer my veggies rather savory than sweet. The smoked salmon was wonderful and they did not jump on the goat cheese. The Arugula was slightly dressed and the meal was quite delicious overall. I would recommend trying this restaurant for a healthy alternative to the norm.
I had the pleasure of trying Blooming Beets while I was visiting Arizona: it's impressive. I had a three course meal with citrus beet bisque (a refreshing start for the senses), the salmon was perfectly cooked, spiced, and accompanied, and the lava cake was devoured. After traveling, it really hit the spot: I felt particularly nourished afterwards: a great start to the weekend!
I was incredibly impressed. I had the CHICKEN COCONUT WRAP the person with me had the BUNLESS SMOKEY WILD BURGER. Both meals were excellent! So delicious, well seasoned, cooked for perfection. Our greeting (the owner) warmly welcomed us, then asked us about all food restrictions before you decide which menu to give us (they have vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, AIP menus available for those with questions / concerns. She made sure that all spices that could give me a problem, but there were alternatives that made the process seamless. Our server was solicitous, friendly, attentive. We're coming back!
