Biscuits Cafe - Chandler

I loved our first experience here to eat brunch! It had a small town feeling and good food. The prices were not too bad and the service and waitress we had was called Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing! She made us feel at home and chat with us and helped us out! I'm definitely back. I ordered their gluten-free French toast recommended on one of their previous reviews. It was so good. Not sweet and very fresh. Eggs and bacon were also perfect. My husband got a huge burger with fresh Angus cow! That was very good and very good. We are both happy that we have the chance to try something new and eat here! Visit it and try it! All right! Full atmosphere. Not too busy on weekdays passed the rush hour!

A fixed four and a half star. Good food, nice portions, decent service and decent atmosphere.

I had cookies and Gravy. It was served hot and fast. The engraving tasted as if it was made from a mixture, and the cookies tasted like pre-baked and then reheated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff is what the 3 stars if reviews based on food alone, it would be a 2 stars.

Pick up. We tried to call several times and were forwarded to a voicemail. We went to the website and had to create an account to even place an order. Website said 30-40 minutes. Waited the 40 minutes to come and find out they didn't even start it. They explained that their machine did not inform them that they received an order so that they had not accepted it. They said they could deny or accept it. I've waited a whole family for this food and I've already paid for it. They offered a free drink and cinnamon roll. The manager never came to apologize or offer anything. In fact, he avoided me. Not good enough! I was waiting for my dinner for 30 minutes. I don't see it coming. I won't order them again.

I was there with a couple friends for breakfast this morning. Waitress was nice and attentive. The food looked good but it was cold because it had waited way too long before it was brought to us. We ate it cold because we needed to go and it had been around 35-45 mins to get our food and we were out of time. We felt that maybe they were short-handed today and it was hard for the waitress to cover so many duties. I like that she didn't appear stressed and was very friendly. I think it would help if you maybe have the person busing tables bring out the food so it doesn't get cold.
