Bidra med feedbackWe found this place through TripA. We had seafood plate and salad. Food was ok. Seafood was not fresh on the day but tasty. Salad was very fresh. Service was ok. Waiter/owner not chatty unless you are local. But food is not bad. It is home cook food ran by a family with locals clientele. There was no uauu factor. Would I return if pass there again in the future? No. Would i recommend? Not sure. There are a lot better restaurants in the area to explore. The view from the restaurant was amazing tough.
I have been in this restaurant a couple of times, with my family or just with my boyfriend. We always order the same..Frigideira do mar....a seafood dish that is to die for. The seafood is really fresh and the portions are really good. To finish your meal I recommend the melon...it is always sweet no matter what time of the year is. If you are in this area don't forget to visit Almoroul castle...and the miradouro...to spend a marvellous day.
I ate here while on business with the firm I was visiting. We had the spicy pork which was very nice, and was served with rice and chips. The pork was excellent and the spicy sauce was also very good. A lovely family run resturant that's worth a visit.
Grande comida, grandes sobremesas e grande serviço uma bela surpresa ao lado do castelo de almourol!
Awesome little restaurant with wonderful food. We had the bitoque in mustard sauce divine! They don't have a card machine though so be sure to bring cash with you :
