Sushi Man - Champaign

We normally go to another sushi place but they weren't open so we went to Sushi Man and were very happy with the food. We did an online order and picked it up. Food tasted great, spent half of what we normally spend on sushi, and will start going to Sushi Man when we're in town.

I used to love sushi man and ate there so much until I found that they dont prep their shrimp correctly. They dont clean it if you are catching my drift here. Very disappointed and will not be returning. I am quite sad to be losing my fav and convenient sushi place in town.

I ordered the Takoyaki(5pcs) and Fried California Roll. They were okay, but I feel like, the rice was too soft and not so tasty, which should have been better for a Sushi bar. The Takoyaki was nearly full of dough without pieces of octopus. I 'm so sorry to say that, for me, it seems to be like a fast food Sushi restaurant, whereas the prices are not that cheap. There 're no sufficient seats inside as well. (Maybe go to the County Market to buy a cold plate would be a better choice TT)

I ordered through Uber Eats and OMG I havent even finished I had to take a break to give it five stars because I've been craving sushi that isnt $20 per roll and is actually good and this exceeded that I truly believe I got my money's worth this is the best damn Volcano Roll and Godzilla Roll I've had in a really long time!! I texted all my loved ones about it I am so happy right now? I swear they use something different than other restaurants!

Best rolls in Champaign. Reasonable price and I will come back again. Highly recommended
