Mcalister's Deli - Champaign

Food was cold, we ordered broccoli and cheddar soup and country potato. The broccoli soup had almost no flavor you couldn’t even smell the broccoli. The potato soup was grey like what? We ordered Dine in and got our salads in to go boxes with shredded chicken that smells like cat food all on the bottom and for 3 dollars didn’t even get a whole piece of chicken. The 2 cups of dressings were so thick you couldn’t spread them without physically SHAKING the to go box and even then the whole salad then tasted like straight mustard. The Mac and cheese was water and I’m not exaggerating you could not eat it with a fork because it was dripping every where. 45$ for this? Never coming back.

I ordered the Spud Max and Roast beef and cheddar spud. The toppings were okay but the potatoes were dried out! I'm a potato lover! Ate the toppings, but threw the rest away. 25 bucks wasted for some toppings on potatoes I could not even eat. I can't and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Michaelster's field to deliver an accord order. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone. He did not acknowledge his mistake and try to start a fight on the telephone. We were appalled and we'll never frequent that restaurant again.

I have always been asked if I want a pickle. I always answer yes. However, I have never once tasted a McAlister’s pickle. Maybe someday theyll give me one? :(McAlister’s food is delicious, but it’s now literally a joke in our household that you will probably receive one less side than you paid for and 100% fewer pickles than you agreed to.

I took my wife here for the 1st time, and we were not disappointed. The entire staff was friendly and smiles the whole time we were there. The food was great. The service was on point! We'll be back.
