Kfc - Champaign

I couldn?t believe it. A fast food restaurant that was clean, fast, food was hot and tasty, and my meal cost $7.99. I mean it. This location is just as spic n span as Chick fil A if not cleaner. It was not busy. Probably because most people like me passit by assuming it?s like all the McDonalds? in this area slow and rude people. There was one other person in the dining area.I was at peace just my chicken and me. The chicken and mashed potatoes were just as I remember them in 1995 in the small townfrom which I originate. The food was ready in under 2 minutes. Please don?t tell too many people. I want it to stay this way!

I purchased food for my son and he loved it. I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Venetta. She greeted me warmly, apologized for the brief wait, and was consistently polite and professional throughout my visit. I truly appreciate her outstanding service!

The food was delicious, but we were disappointed when we requested honey for our eight cookies and the KFC employee told us he only had one packet in his pocket. One packet for eight cookies seemed stingy, especially considering we spent $70. Shouldn't that price guarantee us at least two packets?

The restaurant was clean and we were able to eat right away. The staff was attentive and friendly. Since it wasn't very busy, they had time to chat with us and make sure everything was to our liking. It was my first time eating at KFC and it was a pleasant experience.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I called to confirm their closing time at 10 and the person who answered the phone was very rude. At 9:15, they should update their hours or just shut down permanently. It was a disappointing experience.
