Culver's - Champaign

I had made a really tasty turtle sun with her custard quite wonderful. Service is always timely. Very clean.

Food is always made fresh to order. I've been here a few times and always had a good experience. Everything that I've tried from here is good. Customer service is awesome too.

ORDERED FROM DRIVE THROUGH. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD TOO PULL UP TOO WAIT JUST ENOUGH TIME FOR MY FOOD TOO BE BROUGH OUT TOO ME. WAS QUICKLY BROUGH OUT TOO ME, NO LONG WAIT TIME. FOOD WAS THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. I'LL GO TOO THIS STORE AGAIN I'LL REFER OTHERS TOO THIS STORE. #173 STORE

The night that my daughter and I got food, a transformer had blown due to high winds during the day. The employees were hustling, and doing their best with what resources that they had;. And still, the customer service was excellent. This is the only Culver's in the Champaign/Urbana area that we go to. It is always clean; The customer service is great; and the order is always correct!

Had a little bit of a hiccup with my order, but I can't really blame either, there was a huge bus of tourists that came in and swamped them. The staff was super friendly about fixing it and in the end everything was hot and fresh, so no harm done! Those hard working people should get a raise honestly
