The ATEX team spent a pleasant evening, reception and very professional service and small care. We enjoyed very good well executed kitchen, a delight. From aperitif to dessert was exquisite. Thank you for this wonderful moment in front of the castle...

Excellent stay. Ideal location, feeling to have the chateau just for yourself once the latter closed to the visit. Excellent restaurant. WE unforgettable!

Very nice place, quiet when we are in the bedroom Just at the window level there is a big problem of insulation the cold returns despite the window close.

This is the location of the hotel that justified our reservation for 5 nights. The idea was to visit the area while having a central and pleasant drop point. What was the case. MAIS: It was not specified that only the Grand St Michel restaurant would be open at this time, which forced us to move in the evening for dinner while we wanted to stay on site, the room service being very limited and expensive. Not to mention that at 9 p.m., he was told that because of a lack of customer service at the restaurant, he would no longer serve...The restaurant le Grand St Michel, if it is very good, it is still not at the level of what we were waiting for, especially given the prices practiced! The service is of quality, in any case the staff does its best but does not have the proper training or at least, too much are in apprenticeships that hinder the quality of the service. As for managers, they are extremely courteous and available, but have a more business school approach than hotel industry seems to me. The room (a junior suite) was very pleasant especially the possibility to access the outside on a small garden. MAIS: the sliding door of our bathroom worked badly and did not allow to close it completely and the light switch was behind the radiator which made its use difficult or even dangerous, I burned it by handling it. The toilet light switch was broken and we left in the dark randomly. Finally, a washbasin would not be too much inside them since independent of the bathroom and in another room than this one! Overall we spent an excellent stay but we would not have stayed 5 nights if we had known the elements previously reported.
