Got my upsidedown rather Americano, which is long black in Australia...

They recently remodeled this location and the atmosphere definitely improved.

I’ve come to this Starbucks multiple time before curating this review. Every single time I come to this Starbucks I am sadly disappointed. The customer service is horrible to say the least and my drink never tastes the same even though I order the same thing everytime. Not to mention that I paid for cold foam numerous times and it was no where to be seen. These issues have persisted for months; the parking lot should have been my first sign to avoid this location with it being extremely tight and impossible to maneuver. Overall very disappointing and inconvenient.

Not friendly at all. I spoke to one employee who just looked at me. The other spoke only bc I spoke to him and he took my order.
