Cottage Pub - Chambersburg

About twice a month on Friday's they have a DJ there that blasts annoying, thumping music from 9pm until 1:30am. My friend lives 2 houses over and his windows were rattling at 1:15am last weekend (8/16), not to mention the cars and motorcycles revving their engines upon leaving after 1:30am. This place is surrounded by residential homes and apartments. Some people have to be up early to go to work on Saturday morning. Please be more considerate of the people that live around you.

The food was a little disappointing I only went in because my Grandfather used to own it so I wanted to have a beer on him for memory sake. I was sorry they took the STUBBY sandwich off the menu. Small bar, kinda run down atmosphere. Needs some upgrades and maintenance. Service was good, food was OK. I had lunch here with a colleague.

Love the Cottage, if you're in the area skip the chain restaurants and head over to the Cottage for better food and atmosphere.

Outdated and worn out inside, especially floors. Food was pretty good and affordable. Our server had a little bit of a language barrier, but he managed.
