Teriyaki Madness - Chambersburg

This group of people have the worst attitude I've ever encountered. This was the third and final time I will ever order from them. I called each time for extra condiments and was met each time with argumentative employees with bad attitudes. All you have to do is call the place and listen to how they answer the phone and talk to you. They didn't want to have to give me ANY extra teriyaki sauce and were adamant about it, even to the point of telling me what they will ALLOW me to have and then shorting me of that as well. This whole situation is an excellent example of poor customer service, a reflection based solely on the employees of this restaurant. The manager being one of the worst, and someone arguing with me claiming she was a delivery person. ARGUING with me over weather I could have a little extra sauce. Literally passing me from person to person so they could each take a turn being rude instead of putting a few extra small containers into my order, they Wanted to argue. I'm floored. I'm done with this place, they are the worst kind of establishment to have to deal with. I have a record of each transaction and am tempted to call and speak to a supervisor regarding all this. One time is one thing but three times in a row is cause for disciplinary action.

The driver accepted my order and then drive it out of town, my delivery time was delayed as they drive back into town. They picked up my food and then took it out of town at which time my delivery time was delayed again and then when it finally arrived it was missing an item.

Over an hour late with the food and it was a mess with containers open.

Not Seattle style at all. Asian food in Seattle is edible! Got the teriyaki steak with noodles. Could only taste brown sugar, no taste of meat at all. Mad sauce helped a bit but overall was pretty awful. Do NOt recommend.

Great steak teriyaki and fried noodles and orange chicken and white rice. This is the type of restaurant if you like eating hot fresh right away and don't have room for leftovers later. Doesn't taste the best left over but aten immediately.
