Dunkin' - Chambersburg

Super rude employees. They wouldn’t listen to me or give me my online order. They were too lazy to check to confirm it and nasty towards me. Ended up spending money for no food and awful customer service.

Picked up 6 donuts Monday morning from the drive through. Got home and opened the box to find 6 rock hard donuts that obviously were left overs from the weekend and should have been tossed.

Good ol Dunkin’ on Lincoln Way in Chambersburg was killing it today. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts, 3 old fashioned 3 Boston creme. Right before we were headed towards home, I opened the box. I got 3 old fashioned 3 chocolate glazed w/chocolate frosting. ??‍ so back to Dunkin’. They fixed my order. Get home and well you can see for yourself…Dunkin’ failed me twice today?I have a video of the rock hard old fashioned donuts, but only pics are allowed to be uploaded.
