Delicious food, parfais service. Nice place, hot light. Cost based on the quality of the dishes. A certain position. I recommend. Think about booking because often complete.

A safe value for Châlons-en-Champagne. After many years, it's always a pleasure to enjoy a refined meal in a warm and elegant setting, and impeccable service to small care. The map is faithful to what makes its success, refined products sublimated by the chef, forgotten vegetables and beautiful desserts.

The kitchen... all to say: beautiful with aromas of flavors and beautiful presentation. the hic : the speed of service... barely finished the plate is taken. Having its entry while the aperitif is not finished (a second glass could have been taken)... the dessert before (good idea) had no time to be tasted.. the dessert arrived in the wake... a service, for us, which is not pressed with what is on the plate. I would like to point out that the staff is pleasant.

Very good experience in this establishment that we already knew in another context. Need speed, impeccable service, attentive, courteous. But the top is in the plate, guaranteed Pavlov effect and feast taste buds. 4/5 for an apparently simple but not clear map. Thank you for this great culinary moment.
